Required documents are as follows. Some of documents required differ by nationality.

1.	Personal Record (Required to use prescribed form. The form must be filled out by applicant himself / herself)
2.	Six photos (4cm x 3cm, taken within the last three months)
3.	Diploma or certificate of graduation issued by the last school applicant graduated from (It is required to submit original forms. Diploma will be returned to applicants later)
4.	If applicant is currently enrolled in a college / university, certificate of enrollment issued by the college and diploma or certificate if graduation issued by the high school you graduated from are required.
5.	Grade report issued by the last school applicant graduated from
6.	Certificate of Japanese Education
7.	Certificate of passing Japanese Language Proficiency Test (This is for those who took JLPT and passed. The original certificate will be returned to applicants later. In case applicants have certification for passing any official Japanese proficiency exams other than JLPT they are to submit the official material that proves the certification.
8.	Financial Support Statement (Required to use prescribed form. The form must be filled out by the supporter himself / herself and have signature of the supporter)
9.	Copy of official birth certificate or a document that certify the relationship between the applicant and the financial supporter
10.	Official letter from the bank that proves the supporter's bank balance (The letter must show enough balance that can cover tuition for the entire course and living expenses for living in Japan while the duration of the study abroad.)
11.	Materials such as bank books of the supporter that show the financial situation of the supporter and the process of earning the money
12.	Certificate of regular occupation of the supporter (The form must show the supporter’s period of employment, position, name of the worksite, address and phone number)
13.	Official document that proves the supporter’s income for the last 3 years
14.	The supporter’s tax certificates / receipts (if it is possible to prepare them)
15.	Photocopies of all passport pages that have any record of past visit in Japan. In case applicant have visited Japan in the past, copies of passport pages that have the arrival / departure record of the visit is required. (This is for those who currently have valid passport)

All official documents for submission should be the ones issued within the last 6 months.

Depending on your nationality there may be cases you will be required to submit additional documents other than the documents listed above or will be waived to submit some of the documents listed above.

Please note that the school will not accept a visa application nor submit it to the immigration if the required documents are incomplete or the school considers that it will be difficult for the applicant to get a student visa by reviewing the submitted documents.
